To order Novex Total, you must provide your full name and phone number through our order form. Our team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your delivery address and other details. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in GBP (British Pounds) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may vary by delivery region. Delivery charges are calculated based on your location and are displayed before you confirm your order. You will pay only when your package arrives (pay on delivery). We accept cash and card payments from the courier. No prepayment is required or collected.

5. Order Confirmation and Cancellation

Once you submit your order, a confirmation call will be made within 24 hours. You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by calling us or sending an email. After dispatch, cancellation fees may apply. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

6. Delivery and Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day. Standard UK delivery is 1-2 working days from dispatch. Delivery times vary by region (Scotland/Wales 2-3 days; Northern Ireland 2-3 days; remote areas 3-5 days). We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery fees vary by location and are clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds (14-Day Right of Withdrawal)

Under UK consumer law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your package to cancel your order and request a refund. The package must be unopened and in its original condition. Opened or partially used supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. To arrange a return, contact us with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving your returned item. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

8. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged or the product is defective, contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage. All claims must be made within 30 days of delivery.
