Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method (i.e., your payment to the courier upon delivery).
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged. If the package arrived defective or unopened and damaged, we will cover return postage.
Unopened packages only: For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used food supplements cannot be accepted for return. This is a standard requirement across the industry.
Faulty items: If your package arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return postage.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us right away with tracking details and photos of the damage. We will investigate with the courier and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Important: Always sign for your delivery or ask the courier to leave the package in a safe place. We cannot be responsible for packages left in unsecured locations.
